Jane has spent 15 years working across nearly every role in the warehouse, from customer service to floor manager to her current role as Warehouse Director. She is hands-on by nature, passionate about lean practices, and deeply committed to the kind of operational efficiency that protects your product at every step. That discipline shows up in every shipment that leaves our facility.

For more than a decade, Jessica ran her own apparel company, navigating the same retailers, the same routing guides, and the same pressures our clients face today. The challenges your brand brings to us are problems she has already lived through, solved, and built systems around. She founded G&G 3PL to offer other brands an operation that understands apparel, knows the retailers, and holds the product to the same standard she did.
Sharon Bagnall
Sharon has been with Gerson & Gerson for 18 years and treats every client's business as if it were her own. She is the reason our clients pick up the phone knowing someone who genuinely knows their account will answer. Sharon leads our customer success team across everything from warehouse inquiries to direct-to-consumer support, with the care and consistency that turns business relationships into lasting partnerships.
